Me and my roommate were sitting here thinking about our problem with fuel and whatnot and he came up with something...so i figured id run it by you ppl. His idea was to put a T in the fuel line between the "lift pump" in the tank and the CDFP, then add a line with maybe another pump on it and do direct port with that line set up on a progressive controller. This would be a cheaper alternative to upgrading the CDFP or adding another fuel system/tuning solution(PI) for that system. The only problem i can think of is it possibly drawing to much pressure from the "lift pump" reducing the pressure to the CDFP....Any thoughts? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score taking away volume from the cdfp is not a good idea, even if its going back into the motor anyway. youre basically talking about a secodary port fuel injector right? if i were you and you were concerned about your fuel pressures, i would just upgrade the pump and/or get a meth kit. either way is adding more fuel without robbing from peter to give to paul so to speak.
