Default 3" CBE with Cobb Downpipe

Hey guys I just pulled the trigger on the CNT catback exhaust. I already have a Cobb downpipe installed. Do any of you know if I will need an adapter to bolt the two together? something like this?

Both are designed to mate with the OEM flanges so you should be fine. However a Cobb CBE makes more sense especially if you already have the Cobb DP.
