Default Cobb AP V2 Not Connecting to PC?

Well, I've been using the AP through Accessmanager for the past week now. The previous owner finally emailed me over his out AccessTune Race software since Cobb removed it for the time being. Well, as I'm installing it and when it prompted to connect the AP, i run into the problem. The AP powers on through the USB cable, but it doesnt show the gears / menu saying its connected to the PC.

I've changed USB Ports, etc. It reads on the ECU fine, but I can't get it to recognize back on the computer. No matter what I do, I can't get it to show the gears..

Any recommendations?

Didn't think that, but I'll try. I figured it wouldn't be that since it powers on when connected.

Because it might be a charging cable and not a data cable. Another person on the forum had this exact same issue.

Turns out the cable needs to be replaced. I got it to work by pushing/holding it a certain way. For the time being it'll work. Thanks man!
