Default HTP 3" system vs kit

Is there a difference in the ID of the maf housing between the two and is there a benefit of one over the other?

I ordered the system and received the kit. I sent it back. There is not a huge difference but the reason I wanted the system is because there is less of a chance that it will fall apart at the couplers. I would like to think that a one piece would flow a tiny bit better (probably no difference). The one piece looks better. Lastly, the one piece is a good amount cheaper.

I bought the HTP 3.0" full intake for it's simplicity.

It also happens to be beautifully crafted, makes nice spooling noises, weighs next to nothing and to top it off, it comes with candy.

Just wondering does the kit and full piece mimic the same angles where the bends are, in pics the full piece doesn't seem to run as much angle from maf to tip as the kit
