Default Drive Shafts?

Well! I was installing my new ACT clutch and Flywheel. I have everything out and ready last thing before taking the last 3 bolts to take the tranny out are the axles. The passager drive shaft came out no problem, but the driver side one will not come out. We put a lot of pressure on it being careful not to break the knuckle, but it will not come out.

How do I get the Fker out?
I am about to set the dern car on fire and call it a day.

I think there is a special tool to pull out the axle. (slide hammer or something in that nature) you can pull down the tranny without taking the drivers axle out, i have done this.

i had to pull out the driver's axle one time and this is what i did.

i asked a buddy to help me and i had him pull the axle with a rope (ghetto, i know but it worked) and at the same time i was under the car and with a 1/2 extension i would hit the black part of the axle (not the rubber boot) and my buddy would pull at the same time that i hit. After like 3 hits it came right off and it did not damage anything.

try it out.

I had the same issue. I just removed the tranny with the Axel in ad removed it outside the car. It came out very easy then.
