Default Looks like Autozone now can rent the CRANK pulley tool

So, I went to autozone because I needed a pilot bearing puller. Looks like they have the crank tool.

Someone still needs to verify it will work but it should.

And here it is on amazon for $50 https://www.amazon.com/CTA-Tools-102...er+puller+1025

2005 Mazda 3 SP23: mods include rusty quarter panels and grinding 3rd gear. It does have a fusion motor, so I guess that's a mod too.

Nope! Picked it up last night ($30). You would need to shave about 1/4" off of each post on the tool making the major diameter smaller. But that is probably what I will do considering the price and 30 minutes of work for a custom tool!

With some modifications you can make it work. You will need an offset grinder with a grinding wheel and bring each peg down to 14-14.25 mm. Its hard to see in the pics, but I did add a radius to each corner also. Fits like a glove.
