Default MS6 Turbo back exhaust Questions

Hey guys, I am planning on buying a Corksport catless down pipe on my MS6, which would make my car a full turbo back with no mufflers or resonators. Is this safe to do without an AP or Standback, or some kind of tune. Will I likely get boost creep, or should i be ok running turboback with the stock tune. Thanks.

Holy crap that is going to be loud!?

I want a video when your done!

I think you will be just fine with a stock tune and a turboback exhaust. If you want the maximum gain from your mods, you have to get a tuner of some sort.

You most likely will see a bit of creep and/or straight overboosting. Depends how many mods you have on the intake side of the motor.

The corksport MS6 TBE is actually quiet relative to other options. It is by far the best value and the power added is great! You will only boost creep/overboost if it gets very cold out. We have sold MANY of these systems at the best price and never had a complaint.

HaHa yeah I think it will be pretty loud, and I will def post a video up when i'm done. I live in SoCal, so itdoesnt really ever get very cold, and the only other mods I have to the engine are Mazdaspeed intake. And I do plan on getting a Standback within the next few months, but I wanted to make sure the stock turbo wastegate could handle the load, because I used to have a WRX, and they would get boost creep like crazy without a tune. So it sounds like I should be okay until I get a tune, but I have a boost gauge so I'm going to make sure I monitor it for a while.
