Default New Clutch Needed?

Hey guys,

Newish to the Speed3 life and I need some further guidance. I had some issues with the clutch a while back which was solved help from this forum. I had hydraulic issues which was solved by going OEM slave cylinder and all new hardlines. I believe my clutch is on the way out but it doesn't seem to be going like most others I've seen/read about.

The new issue:

I'm pretty sure the car needs a new clutch but i'm not really able to tell. The clutch has felt super soft for a while now (almost a year). The clutch doesn't really feel like it's slipping, but it does feel like shit. The friction point is really high and verrryy small. By that I mean it feels like the clutch is barely grabbing at all. In my miata, I can always tell when the clutch is grabbing. The car feels terrible in first and second in that it doesn't feel like it has any power at all, but the rev's are still going up (doesn't feel like a misfire, no jumpyness). I can punch it in 3rd or 4th and the car doesn't feel like the clutch is slipping at all, just pulls. Any ideas? Do I need a new clutch or maybe just an oem master cylinder? Doesn't feel like the pedal loses any pressure, just feels light and like garbage.

The part that's throwing me off is the lack of slipping in the higher gears. I feel like everyone talks about their clutch slipping in 3rd and 4th but mine didn't seem to slip. Any ideas, thoughts, comments?

Gen 1, 113k miles, all stock afaik. Thanks!
