(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I then went for another ride i couldnt believe it no smoke at idle. Only smoke I had was once after a back fire after wot it was blue smoke, which I am going to order a Oil catch can. I think the oil catch can will fix that issue.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Just search for saikou michi on google and you will find their website, you have to email the guy and he will let you know if they have any in stock and give you his paypal. They were recommended to me by some people on here and the quality is excellent. The stage 2 catch can is the one you want. It works great and keeps your oil from getting fucked up so fast.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Glad it worked out for you guys. ![]() Saikou Michi is the shit! I need to post pics of where I mounted mine. I don't have to pop the hood or lift up the car to drain it either!!! Just put a drain pan (or butter tub) under it and drain... takes less than 5 mins total.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Well, until I get pics, I can describe how it's done... Passenger's side of the radiator support, down at the bottom, there are two hard lines (I didn't look to see if they are AC or power steering lines or something else). There's a bracket where those two hard lines are bolted to the side of a radiator support area. I used heavy duty ty-wraps and tied it right to that bracket. Then, I used a 3" hole saw and cut through the plastic undertray right below the catch can to let the petcock stick through. That's it! All I have to do is lay down and drain it into a butter tub or something like that.

Now the hose is a problem - you can't use heater hose it will collapse under vacuum. Try to find vacuum resistant hose - good luck I can't find any. What are you guys using for hose on the CC setup ?????? Thanks!

| Not Ranked : 0 score The problem with most hoses from a home depot type store is that they are not fuel/oil resistant and will collapse under vacuum. You may have the same problem with standard heater hose. Ed. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Actually, I just got some heavy duty hose from Home Depot last night that is automotive grade heavy duty hose. I had to get some more because I want to relocate the PCV and reroute the hoses a bit... The odd thing was, the Oriely's (however you spell that) auto parts store only had the wussy single layer wrapped stuff and no heavy duty hose in 5/8".

| Not Ranked : 0 score I'm actually down money from the first run after shipping/site donations and drill bits (broken or dulled). The tiny bits don't last long at all and cost nearly $4 each. Not doing any more. Unless you guys can afford a price jump. But after Mazda comes out with their revised PCV, we'll see if that is worth a damn, then see if it's still worth it to make more.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Got the bolt in today. Easy install. I took the TMIC all the way off, and had a factory fail, the rubber TMIC bracket grommets were torn, so I have to get some new ones. Install is literally remove TMIC/shroud, remove heatshield, remove bolt, install bnoon bolt, reinstall heatshield/TMIC/shroud, and done. No smoke so far, I'll run it harder this week as the temps will break 100, and I'll see how things are. Brad, your bolt was longer than the factory bolt. Is that normal? Larry |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yes, it's normal. It's maybe 1/8 longer or so... There are enough threads to engage in the stock turbo and the extra length does not block the oil from feeding both sides of the center section, so we're OK.
