I doubt it's that much louder than a BNR S4 v1. I have an aluminum inlet pipe and I didn't notice a terrible increase in spool sound. I'm not at all "rice rice baby" although that exhaust S4 wind down.

Nah, my parents live in Cape Coral, have the car in their garage. Just me and my father doing everything ourselves. He was a machine mechanic for 30+ years for J&J, and all that translated to cars when he was growing up, being a DIY person. All of that got "passed down" to me, I was always helping him in the garage with the car work growing up. He's rebuilt engines/transmissions/etc before, and we have 99% of the tools needed.

Actually going to be taking the 2nd block, that was picked up on Saturday, to a few shops today. Should find one who can measure everything (since a bore gauge/micrometer is one of the few things we don't have). Then once everything is confirmed good and ready to go, the pistons order will be placed.

I too was torn about what piston to go with, so many differing opinions out there. But I decided, in the end, since I'm not looking to break any HP records, and this will still be a daily, the 4032's were the better option for me.

I feel you on the time. Mine blew Aug 31st, it's been way too long.
