Bypassing stock boost control solenoid temporarily

Hey guys. So, I installed a corksport SRI and tip about 3 months ago. I noticed recently a hesitation under boost so I started searching for a leak. Like many before me, I broke the nipple off the boost control solenoid when i installed the TIP. So after hitting my head on a wall for a few hours trying to locate a stock bcs (insert laugh track here) I came to grips with im just going to have to order one and wait... This is my only daily driver in the winter, so I was wondering... Is it possible to bypass the stock boost control solenoid? Well, I know I can so I guess the question is, will it harm anything? Just to be clear, im saying could I run the vacuum line straight from the TIP to the wastegate? I'm use to naturally aspirated engines, so please excuse my ignorance if this is totally garbage. If you cap or block the hose coming off the wastegate actuator to the ebcs it will give you wastegate spring pressure. This is as long as the bottom port on the actuator is still routed directly to the turbo

Ok, so basically opposite of what I was going to do. This is why I need this forum... Thanks. So, just to double check... I capped the line coming from the wastgate actuator that goes into the boost control solenoid. I also capped the line coming from the intake so I wouldnt have unmetered air. I left everything else as is. That should be ok to run for a few days? Thanks again.

How are people still breaking these things?

Will post for future reference...use a hook (see below, bottom one) and slide it under the hose on the nipple, wiggle it around the outside to break the seal then pull on the hook and hose at the same time to pull the vacuum line off. Makes removing it VERY easy and you won't break shit.
