Default CEL P0031 and P0134

Hey guys I'm confused as to why it's throwing these 2 codes out, I've done quite a bit of research on google and I came accross one person who had the same problem and changed his O2 sensor multipel times but still had the same 2 codes.

I replaced it with a Denso O2 sensor Part number 234-5013, I really don't know what else to do now and local mazda dealership wants $650 for a new one.

Oh and I'm on the stock downpipe. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Is it an OEM sensor? I just replaced my sisters O2 in her Equinox from autozone and the new one was bad.
