Cold pipe tube - does it need heat wrap?

Being a bit concerned about the high BATs during hot weather (mid 90's - low 100's) I started to dig into the engine bay and see if there's anything else I can do further to lower them a bit.

Sometime last year it was even worse (BAT never going under 190 in 100F weather while cruising) and this is how I came to wrap two ties to hold the coolant hoses together to prevent them from sitting on the TMIC-to-coldpipe tube.
But yesterday I discovered that the throttle body coolant hose is also sitting on that tube. I wrapped a tie around that hose but that's pretty rigid and I don't think using ties helps, while tightening them too much may either lead to rubbing issues or even reduce the amount of coolant flowing through.

So does it make sense to use some heat wrap around the tube between the TMIC and the cold pipe, or is there another solution to reduce the heat transfer between them?

My mods are in the signature, nothing spectacular.

Throttle Body coolant line bypass has been used with some good results, eliminates that contact point entirely!

Ok, I don't know the reason and I can't figure one out, but I guess that there are certain situations when the heat transfer works the other way around, from the hot tubes/piping to the not-so-hot engine bay air.

Apart from bypassing the throttle body coolant line I guess that my solution is the only one that works. Probably I just need to find a better way to keep those hoses away from the cold pipe tube.

Make sure you use thermal reflective tape, rather than traditional header wrap (deisigned to hold heat in) if you decide to wrap the cold pipe.

I would say don't wrap it at all. Every square inch of surface area of IC piping sheds heat. Don't want to trap it in there. If anything, get some flashing from home depot and make heat shields.
