CPE Piping Kit with the TR8L Core

I searched and searched and couldnt even come up with a good pic of cpe routing for their front mount on a gen 1...... I found pics from 08 but their site lists a new design so i was trying to find some pics of this "new design"

The plan is to run CPE piping kit with a tr8l core for a bolt on fmic kit without all the cutting involved. I might still go with the cobb/tr8l route but the cpe piping kit is $100 cheaper. BUT the only pics i could find had an off center cpe core which had cold pipe issues touching the coolant pipes. Also found a same side inlet/outlet cpe design that does not seem to be in production anymore.

Anyone have any experience with this combo?

U try getting the Cobb piping kit through a vendor here like edge autosport. Pm them for pricing.

I went cx racing fmic piping only and tr8l. The piping kit also came with a 30 dollar bpv, $331 shipped . Much cheaper than what you're trying to do , just throwing that out there.
