Default Does any one in NoVA know how to...

I just got a turbo timer for my car. I don't have the first clue how to install it, my husband is in Korea, and the closest shop that was recommended isn't open on weekends. Not asking for someone to do anything for free, but hoping someone in the area may be available one weekend to help out.

Is this for a speed3? It's a bit of a waste IMO. I think Mazda only suggests about 30-60 seconds of cool down after a hard run. I read that in the owners manual I believe.

Yes it is for my wife's Speed3 but she will not sit in the car for 30-60 seconds like the book says and this is a cheap piece of mind for me. I let my SRT cool but she doesnt have the patients.

all you have to do is not beat on it when you're pulling into the driveway and you're fine. it's not like it has to be at an idle for 5 minutes or anything... you just have to not romp on it for the last minute or so of driving.
