Well, he's the one that designed it and made it possible to manufacture it for us to buy.
He has ties with RPMC and could probably convince them to do another group buy...

Speedy is the pioneer of the RPMC Inlet...

Just a thought...

Well then they are interchangable with the 6. His name on m6c is speedy6 and he's the one who made it. Personllay, 2" is too small for me. It'll be great for anyone keeping the stock or reworked turbo though.

nope, 2 different people.... each made their own for production for the MS3 and MS6 separately.

Anyone else have anymore impressions with this inlet? I've had it on for about 2 or 3 weeks now and i've noticed on this current tank my mileage is really good. I'm at about 240 miles and only 1 tick under half a tank left. I've mostly driven highway on this tank and WOT on on/off ramps. I remember being around 200 miles around half tank previously when driving mostly highway. I haven't really noticed any increase in power but the turbo does kick in at a lower rpm.

I think my inlet may be rubbing against the battery box or something, under partial throttle let offs i hear a very strange noise in addition to my forge bpv noises. I'm probably gonna take it apart this week and see if i can jam it into the reducer some more. Or i may just wait until after this tank to see what kind of mileage i get cuz it seems higher than usuall.

I took mine off last weekend and noticed it was rubbing against the ECU cover. It wore it off slightly. On mine, it's the weld that has a little bump/raised hump that rubs against the ECU cover. I'm going to file it down smooth, it only needs a little filing...

Other than that its been perfect.

yeah rpmc wouldn't reply to my messages. oh well. i'll just wait for other options then - looks like the rubbing might be a problem and some people seem to have lost a bunch of mpg (maybe from getting to excited with a new piece) but we'll see. if i can't get a discount on it i can wait.

The rubbing is minor...and I haven't lost any MPG... Still getting +300 miles per tank.

Agreed. I am getting almost the same fuel consumption as before, as well as smoother throttle response. I am very excited to see how it performs in the winter because I used to have the random hesitation but never got the flash. If this gets rid of the hesitation, I would recommend this pipe to everyone.

It will if you do a battery re-locate. The physical dimensions of the stock inlet are the same between the MS3 and MS6. It's just that on the MS6 there is a giant wiring harness/loom that will no longer fit between the
battery tray and inlet pipe once installed. RPMC will have some pictures soon.
