Gasket questions on bnr turbo install

Hey guys. my turbo to manifold and turbo to DP gaskets only have around 10k miles on them from swapping an sst a while back. but after my install of the bnr turbo today i had a bad exhaust leak sounds horrible not sure if those are the problem do i need to replace them again? let me know guys thanks.

You should be fine reusing them if they looked fine. If you can hear a leak that much I doubt its just the gaskets.

Where is the leak coming from?

it sounds like its coming from the turbo,dp,exhaust manifold area. when the hood is open you cant really tell at idle but once you give it a little gas its like a loud leaking farting noise from up there

I would check all of your manifold nuts. Possibly the bottom one on the drivers side that's a pita to get to.

i didnt take the exhaust manifold off to swap the turbos. but 2 of the studs have bolts seized on them close to the bottom of where the threads meet. im not sure if that is causing them to not go into the turbo well enough or what?

when i start it, the noise is super loud on a cold start sounds like insane ticking from the exhaust manifold like a small leak? and dies down with the idle. im lost now lol

FUCK THIS!! i put bolts where the f'd up studs were and now it still sounds like its leaking, and is now pulsing every couple seconds.. its like pulsing then a real light exhaust pop

Take the e man off. check for blow by. It sucks cock but it's prob a bad e man gasket. Check the face of the manifold that mates with the motor and you should be able to see.

I had a pretty bad exhaust leak near the mani/head side. took offf the egr, and tightened them down. Might have to replace the gasket
