Chris,

Those revisions were made on the 2nd proto type and have been that way ever since. The manifolds fit the 35R.

Looks nice. Do they get stress relieved after welding? I think most heat treatment places would do it for cheap around $10 which would release all the tension in the material before facing the flanges.

Yes, they are seasoned before surfacing.

Didn't these sit very close to the wiper cowl? It may have been these or another but I thought that these were sitting with in an inch of the wiper cowl. If that is the case you are going to want to install some sort of heat shield to it or around where the tube comes close to it. I would hate to see parts starting to melt and or getting so hot that they caused something to catch on fire. This is not a bash on the product, it just me sharing my experience with what we have seen with other rear mounted turbo set ups.

They do not sit that close to the cowl and there is no melting issues.

The manifolds fit the Speed 6 as well. Speed 6 has more firewall and cowl clearance than the 3.

No, the first few test manifolds had a few fitment issues. Those have been corrected and have not issues since.
