Default More BNR S3 v2 leakage

So I decided to do an exhaust leak test the other day before tuning with PD and notice the following bolts are leaking when pressurizing DP back... The metal on these shims is bent to stop the bolts backing out so not sure what the deal is here. I recall issues on the old beaners with exhaust housing leaks and bolts backing out. I'm in Australia so I'd rather fix this myself if possible then send it back or if it doesn't matter much, leave it. I previously re-sealed bolts on the compressor housing which appear fine... Turbo probably has less than 5000 miles on it.
Thoughts? @Bryan@BNR

Give Bryan a call at BNR. I have called many times and every time I spoke with him. I'm curious to his response. I wonder if mine is leaking...

OP how far have they backed out? The retaining plate should keep them from moving much.

I currently have Corksport's drop in turbo and its great and have not had any issues so far after 5,000 miles. Not bashing BNR's turbo casue i dont have any experience with it, just giving input.

There, fixed it.
