here is what $170 shipped gets you. an awesome quality catless dp...I LOVE nonename brand products that are cheap and good quality

make sure to get the DP hanger welded back on if you had to cut it off b.c you didnt access to a lift. the OEM exhaust hangers will sag and the dp will vibrate on the chassis brace meaning you are putting stress on the welds around the bellmouth flange. Especially if you have aftermarket exhaust

yeah. i couldnt get my car up high enough to twist the DP in so i had to cut the hangers. i may get them tacked back on...i just wonder if it will cause more drone with the hangers vs without

Yes you will notice a little more rattle. Most noticeable when you first start the car. My racepipe did this kinda annoying but oh well..

all the one piece ebay dps are all made by the same company. when vendors buy lots of them to sell, they name the dp whatever they want. for instance, RR/PBJ

its just an Ebay dp and someone slaps their own name on it. like M2

two of my buddies with these dps dont smoke either.

my car would smoke here and there with stock dp and testpipe when i used Mobile 1 and Amsoil 5w30 and 5w40. since switching to PP 10w30 at 10k miles. my car hasnt smoked since. i now have 34k on the clock

no hating, Matt. haha. i mean, i understand your car was full of fail with nothing but New Brand name parts but my car hasnt experience fail, yet...and im rocking mucho Ebay parts haha.

whats funny is that all of your issues were probably a result of your loose TIP. but i understand the frustration. thats why its taken me this long to install dp...i dont enjoy wrenching on this car anymore. everything too tight and compact

i bet the DP will not have any issues. the quality is on point.

definitely looks nice. i want one with a cat, but a cutout before the cat. not sure if there is enough room.

and yes, the stock tune works, as long as you watch the boost spikes down low. a MBC will solve the spikes, but the throttle still closes up top.

How's your exhaust note? Being catless and a res delete, is the exhaust loud? Any drone at ~3k RPM? I have a TP with res delete, and the drone at 3K RPM is ALMOST annoying.

Would it be too much trouble to post a vid or sound clip inside with windows up and/or down for drone? If the drone isn't that bad, consider another eBay DP sold!

its drones. its not as bad as i thought but the exhaust isnt too LOUD. if i could have the volume with less drone. it would be perfect.

yeah, try two res. delete. then throw a TRZ mount in the mix...it was unbearable.

i dont think the drone is nearly as bad b.c i cut the hangers off. which i think im going to leave off b/c they will only cause more drone.

ill get one. the mic on my phone acts funny and makes this "tweet" sound at a certain volume level or db. i think its the damn radio i upgraded to. but you can always have a cat welded in.

I'd be worried about the fitament if I went that route. I'd rather have the cat put on when the DP is assembled on the jig.

shouldnt have any probs if you go to a good welder. just have it welded into the TP section of the dp. that would be cake

ask Aaronc7. he can put you on the path to some good cats for good prices. if the noise is still to much for me after i get a CBE(looking at a custom CBE with dual tips like the racing beat or the CNT CBE) i will have a cat welded into my dp as well

Will putting a Cat in the TP section pass emissions since you have to trick the O2 sensors in order to not get a code? I would want my cat between the sensors like its supposed to.
