a quick overview doesn't show anything alarming. at that low boost/load you will have higher timing values and afrs. maf seems to be within spec and nothing out of the ordinary

| Not Ranked : 0 score yes as snaild said your AFR looks ok but we can't tell if its following target. it does seem to bounce around a bit. post up your Fuel: OL/WOT no knock A table using the Code (hashtag icon) , so we can see what your actual targets are. past the entire table

| Not Ranked : 0 score Didn't see what setup you have, not in your profile. Couple of comments I had to make - You need to get some cool air into your engine bay, or at least an intercooler that works (Meth would probably be the best answer). Intake air temps are killing you. But I will say I'm jealous about how much air you can flow with that heat and low boost. I'm assuming BT of some sort. |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score ![]() @Dano; yeah, well right click copy didn't work, lucky I found it Tubed one corpse today, chest compressions on another, had to find time to be a dick to a proly nice pperson shitty day, all in all this uber tech shit I love, and hate, brain aint rigged for it @sheston; I spent way to much time with a homemade flow bench and a shitty HF dremel tool on my IM and head, bought a xs v1 mani, knocked the welds goobers off. bought a gtx2867r tidied up the cold side and PC'd inside and out. LAIC, 3" from air filter to 5th port housing total path appx 23" I suck at excel, but yeah, it'll flow Thanks gents more to come

| Not Ranked : 0 score The 1st thing you need to do is turn on Standard units in ATR. Edit~Configure Options~Display~Show Standard units. Then you can actually see what you are doing. Then click in the 1st cell of AFR value within your WOT table, hold the shift key down, click the last cell, ctrl + C then hit the # in your post edit screen then Ctrl +V So it looks like your tuner is commanding 11:6:1 AFR (Lambda .789) but early in the run you are hitting 12.1 so more maf call needed in those volt ranges. You eventually get to 11:48 around 4.08 MAF volts, which is close but a little too rich. My observations: 1) More MAF calibration is needed to get you on target but you are not in danger where you're at. (12.1 AFR briefly early in the run) 2) Once the MAF gets dialed in better I would move the AFR target to 11:83 or 11:94 and set that in all your OL fuel tables. looks like your tuner has a safe AFR set with the richness so the tune just needs to get dialed in further.

Yup much core truth there, been struggling with this very issue for a long time. AND, by struggle, I mean this I resist believing the values from a map sensor positioned in a relatively very diferent area of the bay. the area btween the rad core and IM is small and complex in its air flow patterns oem hase a rad hose rubbibg on the IM hose, the TB is blasted with fan air, the sensor, is way over in somewhat chilly land get a wireless barbque probe, the maverick et 732 is a good one, and watch what really happens in a dynamic situation spraying meth is a bandaid, diverting AC, and engine coolant, and to a lesser extent, ex mani heat inputs is the key. and its very visually unattractive when you succeed......

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I have enough time on this set now, I can add to my comments While visually and and charge length attractive, the model I lifted from chuckms6 has a singular issue,... the LAIC is perched directly in the flow of air from the AC/Rad I've measured surface temps of 140 so far. gonna have to address this in a reactive, rather than proactive manner...... I really shoulda seen it in early planning @sheston;
