If you had two manifolds with the same psi and the same temperature (which would mean same oxygen density), then both manifolds will put same amount of oxygen into a cylinder, regardless of what turbo is providing the pressure.

But when it comes to power, they will not be the same. Some turbos are more efficient than others, and that is where the power comes from.

I'm going to start a new thread for this discussion, cause i think it's an important one. I also just calculated some operating points on a gt3071 compression map, both calculated from specific engine displacement, and actually measured per my MAF. I'll put this info in there. If anybody want's to continue the debate, use the new thread.
Yeah make the new thread so i can clean this one up and join the posts into the new one. IMO we're all supplying pieces to the puzzle I dont think either you or lex is wrong

if both turbos are not outside their efficiency range and all other vaiables are equal the power will not be the same from both turbos at the same psi

I didnt read all the posts but thats what i got out of what you guys are saying

but thats like saying a gt35r and a gt42r will make the same power at 30 or 35psi etc, which it wont so im confused on the argument
