(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Protege Garage turbo questions Looking for more info/experiencs with this reworked turbo. I have read what people have posted about the company and turbo. Company side went bad but the turbo side not that much. I am looking to replace my smoking K04. If I was looking to build the car I would go hands with a bnr. I can get a pg reworked k04 new for the price of a used k04. As far as keeping stock levels I would use my ap for tuning. Would this turbo work with stock stg 2 map until I would get a real tune? Thanks for any input |

| Not Ranked : 0 score And dont pay full price for a k04 either. You can get a rebuild or a non smoker for ~$300-350 on here. edit; wait. how much would you pay for this pg turbo? you said "less than a used [oem] k04". how much is that?
