|   Not Ranked : 0 score  It will be more efficient as well. The factory air box is a true cold air intake. Anything else is just a short ram or if it's one of those CAIs that goes down into the fender may or may not be suitable depending on how much rain you get in your area. Vandalizing the factory air box by removing all those striations and fins it has inside and converting it into an air box for the filter of an aftermarket short ram intake may work like a charm as long as the filter fits inside.
