Somethings off here. If the boost error ramp limiter max is 10%, and the base WGDC is 52% at 4000rpm, why is the log showing 98% WGDC at 4K? If I had to guess I'd say the ECM is targeting a load that's unattainable at that point...

Do NOT got WOT again.. IMO the shitty OEM EBCS is the only thing saving you from even bigger spikes...

Is this a boost targeting tune? Are the RPM comp tables set to -90 and 10 like they should be?

not sure where you got that from but that is NOT my wgdc table. basically mine is zero everything before a low throttle position like 25 or something then all 80 before 3k and then its 100 between 3k and 5k then goes i think 80->50->30->0

You need to change that.. I don't need to see anything else to know that those WGDC values are way off..


Next chance you get set 1K-3K to 100%, 3.5K to 70%, and 4k-redline to 35%, and post the log

I had it at 70 but I wasn't reaching my target boost. I'm thinking crappy oem solenoid can't keep up. When I get a chance I'm going to check if the iwg is stuck and order a grimmspeed

When you said that you could not post pics, because you were using your phone to access msf, I thought we agreed that you would let ssinstaller know what wgdc you were running per rpm.

I posted the wgdc table for reference.

It wasn't my intention to cause any confusion, just to have a visual reference.

heres my wgdc, i dont remember why i had the lower rpms as 80, but i think there was a reason. either way, these numbers were working fine for me, but i think my wg is just stuck now. i went ahead and ordered me a grimmspeed ebc so ill have to make a new one anyway

You can also use the wgdc boost error comp (overboost portion) table if you want to try keeping some of the table populated.

well i solved my problem...the wastegate was stuck shut. i'm going to have to mess with it this weekend and see what i can do with it, but i muscled it open and now it works fine so i dunno. im still going to go with the grimmspeed in interrupt mode so that i will have faster spool because the stock solenoid isnt cutting it. now i need to make tables for that...

edit...spoke too soon, its stuck again. ill have to take it apart this weekend
