I've used a couple of different BPV's/BOV's on my speed6, and I'm the most satisfied with the Synapse I've been running for the past year, nothing but praise. Absolutely no point in me "upgrading" to this, but I suppose 2 ports instead of 3 is nice.

If you look at their "engineering" for any of their stuff for this car its all marketing bs. You can get the same results for half the price on a regular aftermarket bpv.

So true. And, you can get the same results for free by just putting the stock BPV back on. It is extremely effective up to the maximum safe boost for the K04 turbo. Free is always good, especially when there is no power to be gained by spending money on an expensive BPV, and power to be lost by running any diverter valve with other than full recirc on this engine.

I bought this. The part which goes to recirc hose was SOOOOOO hard to push into the DV, that I don't think i'd be able to take it out.

Didnt know about "con" they tried to pull... just went with recommendation from Stratified as i'm going BT. Put it together (will be a bitch to put together if flange and other piece are not seated all the way to get ring teeth around it... once seated, it was no problem other than big fingers trying to thread small nut/bolt). Will install it this weekend and update this post with my initial impressions.

Update... 4/5/2016... valve seems to work flawlessly... I opened it up this weekend to see if it needed any cleaning, but it was perfectly clean and greased... put it back together... no leaks that I'm aware of... will do a "soapy water" test to see if it's leaking anywhere
