Default yet another turbosmart bov question

so i have searched and read countless pages on how to get rid of the flutter with a turbosmart duel port, i have it set full rec with the spring almost as lose as it will go and still get flutter inless i give it a good amount of gas or hit over 6-7 psi, my main question is is the flutter under low boost or even vacuum bad, some say its not other say it is, so i figure id ask some experts on here. i know its not compressor surge but no one seems to answer that question, im hoping once it breaks it some of the flutter will go away.
thanks in advance for all your wisdom

at low psi i do not believe its bad, however when i had a turbosmart dual port in full recir it still ran like shit. if you continue to have problems i would just say get a Forge BPV

Mine began fluttering when I got the tip, I adjusted it numerous times and couldn't figure it out. I decided to oil it and it never fluttered again.

After oiling it up just tighten it all the way and loosen it 2 full turns. That's how I've had mine set from when I was running just an intake to now being fully bolted and I am holding boost no problem.
