hahaha i meant

use the old TCS button as the new switch, instead of buying and installing a new switch..

i have a CX-7 and i am considering this mod...

You do realize that you can disable the TSC or DSC just the same by holding down the disable button on the dash while you turn the car on. I've done it even on the highway. Kill the power, press the button and turn the power back on. Voila, permanently disabled until you turn the car back on again. Way simpler than all of this shenanery

On the contrary, I've found myself in more precarious situations with the traction control on versus off.
