(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score OK so you wanna remove your door panel? Here's how! First, simply remove the door handle cover, to remove the cover you will need to stick a flat head screw driver in the bottom of the cover like this *Don't forget to take off the upper black trim on the other side of the mirror.* Makes it a lot easier. Then after that you have two screws, the tunnels are long and the screws are not small so make sure you have a nice longish screw driver. After those two you only have two more to go. One is behind the door pull, hidden behind the cover, in order to get behind the cover you will need a flat head screw driver. Then, unscrew! After that you have one in the little pocket in the door, behind the felt stuff, just remove that and unscrew. Go to the side of the door, and pull right where I am, and pull out and up, you might have some fasteners left on the door, and that can be a pain, just use that same flat head to pop them out and back on to the door panel. Then, pop out the door pull after you have the panel off of the door, and the one window switch harness and you're done! The same applies for the rest of the doors, the driver side door has 3 harnesses hooking into it and the rest should have one. |
