(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score First off, before I start with the how to I have to say I was a little apprehensive ordering from thespeedline.us at first since they are based in taiwan. These guys kick ass. I ordered this part on ebay before I found there site. I have to say took about a week for part to get here and fitment is top notch! They pack everything very nicely and neatly and they also gave me a cool speedline pen. I am looking ford to installing the front strut tower bar when it gets here in a few days. Anyways... onto the how to. Step 1. Gather the tools needed Breaker bar (definitely a must) Liquid wrench or something that does the same to break bolts and nuts A 3/8 drive socket wrench a 19mm or 3/4 socket. ( I found the 3/4 fit better) Something to Jack up your cx-7 with and some wheel chocks. Total time it took from start to finish 15-20 minutes Here are some pics of the bar before i put it on the car Step 2. Jack up or ramp up the front of your cx-7. Make sure emergency brake is on and that wheel chocks are in place (safety first) Step 3. Crawl under the car and locate the cross member that is pictured below. We will be removing the two nuts and washers so that we may install the tie bar. Make sure to use the breaker bar to get these off and use plenty of liquid wrench to assist you. these things are on really tight. They should come off with only a little effort if you have the breaker bar to help. Here are the nuts and washers once removed. Step 4. Install the tie bar with the curved out part facing towards the front of the car. (an illustration is included in the instruction manual thespeedline.us gives you.) Here is a picture of the bar installed on the bottom of the vehicle. step 5. Un jack drive and enjoy. As always I am here to help. Comments, questions I have to say I have definitely noticed a difference when driving and taking some long curvy roads here in town. Steering is more responsive and I dont feel that I have lost any ride comfort or felt any excessive vibrations since installing this. I have been driving around with this product for about a week. I am currently in contact with the speedline.us and am trying to convince them to make something similar to corksport's rear chassis brace. if you'd be interested post here and i will relay the respone to my contact over there |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I never replied to your question! When running hard in manual mode I feel like things are much more tight with the rmm. Could you discern any difference with the lower tie bar? I'm getting ready to order some vogtland springs soon too
