Default HKS Type-0 Turbo Timer Review

I've had this TT laying around for awhile and finally installed it. It really comes in handy when I'm late for class in the morning (much to often). Once you learn how to navigate through the display and have your time set it is really simple. Basically there are three basic options to leave on the display while driving...your current time to count down once shut down, battery voltage gauge, and off position. For $95 (StreetUnit) you can't beat it and I heard some TT's you can't use your remote to lock, but I can with this. Look at pictures because the MS3 has a perfect spot.

I had mine done by a mechanic. Have to be real careful when doing stuff with the ignition wiring and I don't know if some guy at an audio place will know better. It's not too difficult, but I would find a mechanic to install it.

Im sorry but theres no way I would take it to a muffler shop. If you go to a car audio shop find one that is very knowlegable about alarms since this uses similar devices.

Do your side markers work still when you lock the car with the engine running?

Does the HKS display AFR's?

Bikerzee24 Ill try and post a pic of mine so you can see another good place to mount a TT

I've always wondered what that little rectagular ditch in the console was for. It's not deep enough for anything and coins slide around too much. I use it for tools/ bolts when I'm messing with my interior. Do you have the TT double-side taped in?

Oh I would not take it to a muffler shop, I work at a dealership so I had a mechanic there do it. When I lock my car the side markers work and it does not show air/fuel ratio.

I don't have anything holding it in. It fits so good in there it doesn't move around and I like being able to pick it up and tilt it a little so I can see it better when I want too.
