Satellite radio and AUX help?

Hey guys. Have been having issues with my audio lately. Awhile back, my auxillary option stopped functioning, I pulled the plug apart and bridged the two sensing pins in case it was just the plug. Nothing, couldn't hit the Media button and have AUX show on screen. I'm slightly afraid of pulling apart my dash, so I've been putting for months. I just realized that my Serious is no longer working, won't register the button push just like the aux issue. I remember there being a weird thing with running those, so I'm thinking the issue is linked?

My car is a Sport, when I bought it, the AUX and Serious both worked. It has a 30 pin in the glove compartment that also is selected by the Media button, and that still works. Should I look for a lose connector or anything, maybe a separate fuse?

Sorry if I'm missing something stupid. Help is super appreciated.
