Like I said all motors are different. The spark map mine is based off of, he had no meth or anything. So I figure I'm pretty safe.

Nah all I have right now is Mk1 ears for knock. Once I stop messing with hardware side of things (aka after I get GT2871 and EWG on the car). I am gonna actually tune the spark map. Going to get these headphones you hook up the engine and can listen for knock and tune it on the dyno. Using those along with the dyno, you can find MBT and/or where the car knocks, and I will probably back it off a degree or so from there. I plan on doing that without the meth hooked up, so it's all super safe.

Compression is 9.5:1 on the 99-00 and MSM motors.

Oh yeah. Miata motor not torquey at all like the MS3 is...but you know this. MS3 can make full boost like 2500 or so probably if you brake boost lol.
