(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Assuming I go bilsteins would they pair up well with lets say eibach springs? Ugh! I hate the idea of spending 3/4ths the price I bought the car for on suspension, but I cant stand the 170k worn out stock suspension anymore Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2

| Not Ranked : 0 score @turbo test; I would never spend money on Illuminas (twin tube ancient technology) or FM springs (progressive). Also, the Eibach Pro Kit is a progressive spring. This creates a moving target for the actual spring rate. I would avoid that at all costs. I may have a set of R package springs still, I will double check. I ran OEM R package Bilsteins w/ R package springs and they were fucking awesome. I recommend calling 949 and seeing what they recommend for a spring for the Bilsteins. I am not sure if the Tein race springs will fit, but they are considerably cheaper than FM/Eibach and can be ordered in any spring rate you desire... and 949 would be able to recommend the one best suited for OFS Bilstein HD's. I'd imagine 6/4k would be good.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I got the Flyin Miata (illumina's, springs and sways) setup this winter on my 2000 and I'm pretty pleased for the money so far. I didn't want something that was too stiff since I plan on taking road trips and the car is uncomfortable enough as is. The adjust-ability and lifetime warranty is a nice thing to have for the money. Yeah, it's not balls-to-the-wall best performance available but it's a nice sporty ride compared to stock. 12.5" ride height all around, BTW.

Also, measure height at pinch rails to ground is more accurate, takes tire pressure out of the equation. | |
