(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I checked out the ECU and noticed some moisture/water in it. (In the connector with the pins) Cleaned it out and disconnected the PNP. I had a look at the PNP and noticed that the back of the connector that goes into the ECU is totally open to the engine environment. Thus any water/moisture can get into the connector and ECU harness. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to protect the back of the connector? I am thinking of just keeping the PNP and SB removed during the winter months. I really don't need it until the spring/summer/fall months anyways. Any thoughts? |
