Default High voltage now struggling under heavy throttle

I had an alternator fail on my speed6. It let voltage get up to 17v. Fried my battery and burnt my headlights out. I have new alternator, battery, and headlight bulbs. Everything seemed okay except now it is stuttering when trying to accelerate heavily. It feels like it is missfiring or just losing power for just a half second then good for a second then another burp etc. I have attached my datalog. Can't figure out what the problem is. With the high voltage I am thinking I might have burnt up a sensor but I don't know which one.

Be careful when looking at the datalog because I did not do a typical pull. I was on and off the accelerator a couple of times.

Try to get us a clean log with WOT from 3,000 up through and past the cut/recovery situation and edit the log to remove everything except that 3K to and past the cut.

Question: Have you done anything with your spark plugs recently? What brand, type, mileage and how are they gapped? Has anything else changed recently beside what you have described?

Okay I uploaded a 3rd gear pull from 3k rpm up close to 6k. It was stuttering and sputtering the whole time once I got to wot so it actually took a while to get up to speed.

Other than low boost nothing jumps out in that log. I'd replace the plugs just because they're cheap and see if anyhing changes. Any pending MILs.

Yes the low boost has been an issue for a while. Still cant figure that one out. I dont see anything either. I'm at a loss. I guess I just have to start throwing parts at it. Idk what else to do.

Yes, throw parts at it.

Or even better, perform a boost leak test. Not just "I checked everything to ensure it was tight". That wont cut it. Not even close.

Check your EBCS to ensure the nipple on the line didn't break off.

It can feel overwhelming when you don't know what's wrong. Take your time and check one thing at a time to methodically eliminate possible causes of your issue.

Search this site and you will find many posts related to your problems.

After changing spark plugs I no longer have lost of power under heavy throttle as described above after my alternator failed. I still have low boost numbers that I've had that for quite a while and is probably do to boost leaks. I have yet to buy an air compressor and other necessary items to perform boost leak test.
