Default Lean at WOT

Been working on my tune to accommodate for the colder temps here in Vegas. I dialed back to 16-17 PSI and switched my JBR 3.5" intake for a JBR 3.0" on 12/03/13. Changed MAF curve according to MSF Big Intake thread and went through all the steps.

First Revision: No corrections to MAF, Targeting 11.8 on E25 only

Second Revision: Up boost, dial in CL/OL Maf, BPV set to 50/50, Switched to Full Time CL

Third Revision: Dialed back OL Cal to Rev.1, smoothed out boost curve, BPV back to Full Recirc

NGK Still gapped to .025
No boost leaks
No vacuum Leaks
Still targeting 11.8
No exhaust leaks
LTFT are at +-3
Clean MAF
Fuel from same place E25
Primary O2 and MAF were replaced new in September

I have a new map ready to go with a new OL MAF curve and transitioning CL->OL again

Does anyone have a suggestion on what else to try before a flash the new map? Could this be mechanical or tune issue?

Thanks, Ivan

A boost leak will make you run rich, not lean. Look for leaks pre-turbo, re-circ tube, TIP fully seated and tight etc.

Vdyno sheets do next to nothing for troubleshooting. Post logs.

Uploaded logs to OP.

I checked for leaks originally from hot pipe. I checked again just now, from intake, and found a very small leak here:

Took it apart, reassembled and no more leaks. That's post turbo though (Running Rich)

Would it have something to do with load? Looks like it didn't start until I reached 2.08-2.1.
I'm going to cut a new map from scratch and keep researching what seems to be a load cap

I used a v231 map as my base and worked in my current values and most of my load tables were off. None below 2.4 load so I don't know how the new map with a target of 3.0 load and max load of 5.0 will help. Pure boost tune so I made sure my speed will not try to achieve targets.

Looks like everyone is busy with New Years, so I'm just thinking out loud. lol

HAPPY NEW YEARS

Looks like this is related to you switching to CL full time. Revert back and test doing an A-B-A test. Make sure your AFR targets match in all tables.

Thanks, I'm not familiar with an A-B-A test but I'm assuming you mean reverting to OL transition and comparing to full time CL. I've already reverted back and triple checked my fuel tables.

Thanks, 1.08 and .7490 respectively. Same it's always been on E25.

Set your specific gravity table to OTS which is .74 I've been seeing some cars act in a similar way when that table is changed.

I'll give it a shot.

I ran .7490 in June without issues too. Here's a log of that. Don't mind the KR, my TMM failed and I tore the WGA hose in that run.

I have done many revisions since then. The biggest was an attempt at a hybrid tune according to this guide.

The car stopped trimming @ around 1.2 load.

I have zero experience running FTCL, but if it was in fact FTCL, I'd expect to see some stft activity and the ecu adding fuel...
