Unhappy Not hitting target Boost. PLZ HELP

alright so ive been having an on-going problem for 5 months now. for some reason, im not hitting my boost target anymore. i have done a boost leak test several times and only found my bov to be leaking a little bit. i fixed that issue but still no difference in my PSI. i started noticing it right after i installed my xspower turbo manifold, not sure if it has to do with the problem. i have a log from november of 2013, right before i installed the manifold. and another log i just took today. i am new to the whole Access race tuner and im not sure what im really looking for. can any of you vetrans help me out? or do you know of any thing that could be causing this problem? I have tried changing the tune on the car from the Stage 2 OTS map, back to stock. tried another tune with 93 oct, and no change what so ever. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Most people are honestly going to want you to get a straight 4th gear pull. Start at around 3000rpm and put your foot to the floor till redline.

Edit: Did not see the WGDC, damn.

IMO, you might want to look into getting one of the tuners on MSF to hook you up. They will do a far better job than any "protuner" at a shop. just my 2 cents

What could be causing the duty cycle to be so high? Is it something that just needs to be tuned or an actual problem with the engine?
I'm trying to find a few local guys to help me out with it. Can you recommend anyone on the forums who can create/ tune a map? Thanks for the input guys

from what I am hearing the WG might require more preload than what it's coming with.

this is coming from Nishan:

I am seeing extremely low spring pressure on the new S3 housings and this is likely due to the fact the WG Hole is much larger than the previous design.

More pre-load is definitely needed and I am having a guy that I am tuning now spend some time to add more preload to see where that gets us.

I would just keep your ear to the ground in regards to the BNR S3,

subscribe to this thread if you haven't already... I will tag ya when we are install ours on Sat. for progress.

I had just started getting ready to work on my tune and it just started lagging on me. Cant really see it having anything to do with the tune or the different turbo because it was running fine.. Checked the stock bpv and it was fine also. So I dont know what to do

others are having issues with caps blowin off the ports on the turbo, or lines not secured well enough. retrace everything ensure that clamps are tight.

post logs when able
