any idea if the kit they are selling fits in the same place or is this totally one of a kind

Same place as what? there are a couple different locations that these can be mounted, location depends on what gen and if ms3/ms6.

When you buy one of these from Matt you have to state whether you want it in Location 1 (under the intake) or Location 2 (passenger side) and he'll send you the correct size hoses.

Got my OCC kit in from Matt and was taking the PCV to IM hose off and heard a crack (stock pcv)... No biggie right as the kit eliminates the pcv?

The heavy duty heater hose was getting some collapsing, so I got some 5/8" nominal (1/2" ID) formable copper tube and bent my own hard lines. I'll get pics at the next oil change.
I was thinking of using copper myself and read what you did with your setup.
I'm surprised that nobody here had anything to say about your copper setup. I must be jaded from past experience.
But, yeah. Yours is the first time I've read of anyone going that route and i can see how hose collapse and deformation would be a thing of the past.

Is there any scenario where the OCC would be run with an "in" line only and function properly?
