The cp-e™ DownScream diverts gases straight into the exhaust pipes to be expelled out of the rear of the car. Having this setup keeps your high boost events quietly intense, rather than noisy and agonizing. cp-e™ has designed this downpipe to keep your system within a legitimate decibel range. The shining piece to this kit is by far the cp-e™ MazdaSPEED3 DownScream. Made with 3” 304 stainless steel, this downpipe eliminates both stock catalytic converters to allow for smooth exhaust flow and transition. Not only is this downpipe designed to give a free flowing exhaust from your turbo, but it is also designed to attach to the Tial MVR External Wastegate. The wastegate actuates at high pressure and causes the system to divert the engine exhaust away from the turbo. Also included is the cp-e™ XcelXL™ Intake and Nviscid™ Turbo Inlet Pipe that will give your engine the air it needs when it demands it so that your MazdaSPEED3 can reach higher horsepower ranges. No turbo kit would be complete without the proper coolant and oil lines. cp-e™ has done it right once again by also supplying you with steel braided –AN lines for your coolant and oil routing that will fit right in with your new setup. We’re even giving you a CNC lathed –AN adapter for the oil feeder hose to allow you to attach to your MazdaSPEED3 with no worries.

My turbo GTX3076, Cpe tial manifold, tial mvr, and tial turbine housing cost me around 4000 from edge.

This is an awesome deal and all the fittings included and inlets included.

This isn't an ATP kit. You can change the turbine housings and swap to different turbos very easily. The only thing it's missing is an EBCS and the lines for that.

I would go with atp turbo if it wasnt for iwg issues

I would buy this over the full-race kit in a heartbeat, the only thing I'd change are the turbo options, since the GTX turbo's are a cmplete rip-off, which I'm sure you could do.

No it cannot, I talked to their new customer rep about this 4-5 days ago through emails and he specifically stated they will not sell it outside the kit. Which is redicilus to offer a Manifold with such good quality and only want to sell the DP in a incredibly overpriced kit.

The price at the top says $4500 and + 350 for the GTX turbos. It doesn't seem like that bad of a deal.

I don't think the price is the problem.
It's that it isn't twin scroll. Just like the EFR kit. The price difference between a TS and single exit manifold is negligable. The gains aren't.
If the kit was TS I'd sell all my shit and get it.

I was very impressed with the spool of the 7163 when I rode in @Alpha's car. I don't see why single scroll would be a deal-breaker with that turbo; it just doesn't need TS.

there isn't a tial housing in twinscroll. it's v-band.

I am aware Tial doesen't produce TS housings = don't use Tial.
Strongly disagree the small frame EFR turbos can not benefit from a TS housing. You can flow all you want with a large enough compressor wheel but if you chock the exhaust you are gonna limit the engine's potential. You don't want TS for faster spool only. You also want it for less backpressure given that you usually use a higher AR with a TS.

Would the B1 series EFRs benefit from a TS hotside, sure. Do they need them to kick some ass on the street? Nope.

There have been rumors of a B1 TS hotside, but I think they decided that it simply wasn't needed to hit the target numbers etc... As @silvapain said.

Remember, EFRs are like little big turbos. Definitely different than most on the market. Great flow with K04 spool. It's nutty.
