Default Cp-e Full Control and Fuel Cut Flash Review

Well since I seen Cp-e's sale I figured why not get these 2 flashes as I been debating getting them done for awhile. I talked to a few other owners who had them done and they were happy. So since I don't drive my car near as much in winter I figured perfect time to have some down time on the car.

Let's start there on the review I shipped the ecu out Monday afternoon from Canada. It arrived to Cp-e on Wed around noon. I was notified by Cp-e that it was there. Then later in afternoon I was sent another email that it was flashed and shipped back. Ecu arrived back Friday afternoon. The turn around is very fast even to Canada which is great!

So I waited a few days before writing this review to make I was happy with it and let me tell you it's amazing. Next to my standback it's probably my favorite mod I have done to car. It runs so much smoother now. No cut while trying to pass someone on the highway is always great never liked the feeling of almost hitting the dash. I can't wait to find the standback in the pile of moving boxes to try both together.

So if your thinking about getting these flashes for awhile I would while on sale, well worth it or at least I think so after having them done and i'm sure anyone who had them done would also agree.

So in closing thanks to cp-e for the quick turn around, and anyone I may of bothered on this site asking about a review of these flashes in pm.

I sure totally agree. It's nice to have full control over your throttle position and get 100% open when you want it rather that having the ECU determine it for you. And yes, it's nice not to get fuel cut any more. As you say the cut always comes just when you least want it.
I drove over to CP-e on a Saturday and they (John) pulled my ECU and did the flash. I was in and out in about an hour. It's been happy trails to me ever since.
So, anyone thinking about this, get it while its on sale.
Thanks CP-e and John.
