|   Not Ranked : 0 score  Well Grump is your contact for this. You aren't going to get anywhere making a thread and trying to bully them into a resolution 2 years after the initial contact. If they work with you or not it's going to come down to their discretion at this point. I've been through the same issue with MAP and know what I did, I sent in the bad down pipe and got a replacement. Sure it cost me money but map gave me a store credit I was glad to use with them at a later date. Thread closed @Grumpyjap He's all yours.
