I just purchased Cobb AP in hopes to learn how to log data and keep a better eye on my car. I also plan on purchasing the CP-e HPFP. Am I going to be required to do any custom tuning, or just load a flash a preloaded map?

As I said, I haven't ever touched AP and honestly don't even know what to look for when data logging... but I do want to know what I'm getting myself into before I try this install.

Dizzytrain posted some good stuff, and I'd like to add that the best thing to do is read the datalogging guidelines on the Cobb website here
