Default Slight problem

So I can't seem to get my wastegate to tighten I have the Precision vband manifold with a TiAL 44 flange. I put the TiAL Wastegate on and tighten the hinge clamp all the way down but I can still move the wastegate and its causing my dump tube to move and lay on the steering rack. Anyone else have this problem? Know how to fix it?

Yep everything is in it. It's definitely snug but not tight. I know everytime I hot a bump it shifts because I push the dumptube back constantly. I also replaced the clamp with a new one and still does it, not sure what is going on unless you're just able to do that and I didn't notice before on my last setup
