I have them, they do the job. but they do get a little bent out of shape after time. If you have the money, I would step it up to the urethane ones

well.. I thought I'd get rubber ones since I dont park on sidewalks going backwards so I can rip them off )) I dont really like those sticking outside too much.. I'd rather make a template and cut them off a little to match fender side.
I'm new to ms3 - just got it 2d ago. New to 3s.. Still have protege back in Europe.

Q: can I get regular (maybe mazda authentic) mud flaps? need to see if I can put them on.. I like'm more in fact

Just installed the Urethane ones on my CWP too ... love the look ... the front could stick out a little more ... but the back is a nice aggressive look.

installed front ones yesterday. wonder why in the installation manual they say put those two clip holders on liner - does not make much sense to me.. put all 3 on the fender.
then slide liner back in - looks nice and holds tight. I wish those would be a bit wider.. but ohh well.. rears coming soon. bitchy Chi town weather..

on the fronts? ... NOTHING goes on the liner 2 of the clips go behind the sideskirt on the plastic behind it ... and the other 2 go on the plastic tabs as well then you put the liner in front of the installed clips.

I like the look and am thinking about getting a set, probably the urethane ones. Does anyone know how well these hold up in the winter? My big concern is what the snow will do to these over the course of an "awesome" Wisconsin Winter.

you would worry about plastic ones.. Like I do.. may crack etc
but urethane should hold up nicely.

RallyArmor used my speed for the fitting and testing of these flaps.

There are a top notch company and will stand behind there product 100%

I tested and have both the basic flaps and the urethanye??? ones.

the basic one are exactly that a very basic flap but both types share the same stainless mounting hardware so no worry of rust.

I would spring for the urethyne?? flaps they look better in my own opnion.

But no matter which on you get, they really protect your car from rocks, rain, and what ever else can get knocked up off the road.

I've had the urethane now for a year or so. They're well made, look good and do the job.

if i wanted to put the mudflaps on for the winter and take them off for the summer what kind of drill marks or extra hardware is involved in the install that would show when the flaps are taken off?
