sometimes i go wheelin @ stock height...

yeah no... with 3 people in the back and no fender roll they would rub on the inside edge of the tire, after a couple bumps a line became evident. Wells have since been pounded out a bit, tires are Neuton nt5000. best $400 i have ever spent.

any reason why you streached that small of a tire on that rim. couldnt you have went with a 255 or 245 on a 9" rim? just curious

Any wider of a tire would need more then just a fender roll, and I DD my car plus most Alberta can attest to the shitty roads. Massively sick camber looks gay too So it was a compromise after I already shelled out for the rims. I could have gone with a higher offset and spacers but... too late.

I feel your pain with the tires rubbing. I just put evo wheels on my genwon with 245s and I'm shredding the outside tread of my tires. Getting them rolled tomorrow.

235s fit fine on 9" wheels, but you should have made it easier on yourself and gone with 18x8+45 or 18x8.5+40 and you'd have zero issues. I'm confused by the need for 9" wheels with a low offset for only 235s. Car looks amazing with those wheels though.

You need to get some coilovers and lower that thing. Get some spc ball joints with some wider tires and you have yourself a fresh ass looking car. Def a work in progress. You have a pretty decent wheel size..

anything under 9 inch in a rpf1 is ugly. 9 inch is the narrowest it comes with the flat face. i have the same exact wheels. looks nice.

Car looks really really good man, all it needs is just about -2 degrees of camber all the way around (to fix the poke) and itll look hella good. Nice job man.

I've been goin back and forth on what style of wheel I want and decided to go with the RPF1's in 18". I want to stuff a 255/35-40 in there but the 9" only comes in et35. I might have to get a 9.5 et45 and play with some spacers.

Yeah. Spacers were the last thing on my mind when buying rims. I should have done more research but I don't hate it So it's all good.

Sorry as of that post i am on sonic tuning s3 coils. and with spc ball joints. not sure what the degree is, they are just all the way to the outside.

That makes a lot more sense. Still the H&R's looked kinda high. Prob helps having the coils with that snow.

thanks, its back up a bit now because even with an aggressive roll, not much pull, I still rub. Its hard to enjoy a car that rubs and hits bumpstops often.
