Awesome car man! All I would do is take the turbo timer off. Its nearly pointless for the car. Sell to get more car parts. WINNING!

Thanks! I doubt I would go through the process of removing just to sell, I just set it at zero and forget it's in the car. I might take it out once I put the innovate LC-1 wideband in. I had it sitting at the house, still in the box from the miata project I had, for the last two years.

Badass car bro. Why is the apexi turbo timer pointless? Doesn't it keep the car running so you don't have to wait?

If I am not mistaken the turbo is oil and water cooled, so most will say that a timer is pointless unless you dont have the patience to sit for a minute or two and let the car idle after boostin around all over the place.

I have my timer set for one minute. Makes me feel good.
@Fauxtog; Very clean car.

Apologies for bringing up an old thread, but have you noticed any rubbing with your setup? If so, did you pull, dremel or roll the fenders and did this solve it completely? Want to go with some 18x8.5 g-forces w/ 235/40/18 tires but don't want a headache making it work.
