(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  ATR Fails to Load Alright so I've searched and searched to try and fix this problem. Google doesn't have much results, their old forums didn't really say much. I can't seem to find anyone with this problem. I install AP Manager, then ATR, and it loads to this screen. I install AP Manager>ATR>AP Manager same thing. UAC is turned to allow it to install, I'm running setup as administrator, and I've tried a PCI-E USB card, and my personal motherboard USB slots, a few of with are only 2.0. So, does anyone have any previous experience or recommendations for getting my ATR to open probably to recent/OTS map and not this white screen every time I install it?
