ATR update 6367

I updated to 6367 yesterday and then made some revisions to my map. I went to flash the map this morning and the map is now locked and won't flash.

I went back into ATR and changed the map name and saved it and then tried to reflash again. Same thing. Map locked.

I un-married the the ap then went back in to ATR saved the map, loaded it back onto the ap and tried to reflash again. Same thing. No bueno.


The only way I can flash my map is to roll back the ATR update, resave my map to the old ATR version, then reflash to the car. No problem.

Anyone else having this problem with the new update 6367.

Note: I did update AP manager a couple of day ago with no problem. I made revisions to my map and had no issues with flashing. It's just this new ATR update. When i save my map to it the map gets locked and won't flash to the car.

Go request to download ATR 2.0 from Cobb. I just had this problem, works fine now with everything updated.

same problem here, no need to re-download old version, just roll-back last update and it willl work again.

Yeah that will work. That's what i originally did. Only thing is that it is going to be annoying every time you open ATR it's going to ask you to update. Submitting the request form and then downloadinf the new ATR version is just easier.

I don't really understand what is going on here.

So there is a 'new' ATR client that the 'older' (Pre V3 AP) client doesn't automatically update to?

I applied the 1 August 2013 update and I noticed that my serial number was removed from the client, so I rolled back.

If there is a 'new' client as of this month why aren't we just getting an auto-update to that?

Well thats lame. Haven't messed with my AP/ATR for months and today I was gonna mess with my map a little. Just got done updating AP, AP manager, and ATR. This is the ATR update?

Edit: well at least that was painless. Not computer savy and was anticipating a headache getting the old version back. super easy though

I checked the update again last night and decided to roll it back. The file version in the upgrade popup said 6368, but when I installed the update and went to the help\about\version, it still said 6367. So i rolled back just in case.

Could be that they fixed the issue in 6368 but didn't update the version number... I'll try again tonight...

Have any of you guys having issues requested a new ATR from the Cobb site? It's fixed a few folks' problems.

I didn't update my copy of ATR. I'm still on the previous version.

The issue must be with the AP manager. Did you try to roll back both the AP manager and ATR?

Not sure how AP manager can be rolled back.

@Raider; try this:

1) open ap manager
2) choose options
3) choose update log
4) drag / copy 2.1.1.1 so the set-up file is available (after step 5).
5) uninstall your AP manager
6) open the set-up file for the AP manager version 2.1.1 that you copied

(do not update to 2.1.1.3 if asked) LOL

Connected to my PC, which was not updated, same deal. Just waiting for Cobb to update AP Mgr so I can load the map, I guess.

I'm having issues with not being able to log/monitor on custom maps saved in the new Atr, the OTS maps work fine... I'm going to try and roll back and see if it fixes it.
