Default AP Manager stuck after update

I was going to head to the track tomorrow, so I wanted to do two things: look at the logs from the last time I was at the track, and set up LC based on that info. So, I plugged in my AP and it prompted me to update to new soft- or firm-ware, whatever. I went through the upload process and tried to connect my AP, but it won't get past the 'Export ECU Data' screen.

I had a previous problem with the AP that required sending it in to Cobb. Ever since I got it back, I've had to click past that screen, which tells me there is no stock data saved. I should have already contacted Cobb about that, but I still had full functionality, and I wasn't going stock out anytime soon. So now the same thing happens, but instead of just letting me click past it, now it gets stuck.

I e-mailed Cobb, and tried to get on their forums, but apparently they are having server issues. Anyone else having similar issues/problems with the update?

I never do the updates until other users have confirmed that their not buggy.

I am not an early adapter. More of a follower.

Lol, thanks. I figure I'll hear from Cobb as soon as they get their issues straight.

Just to clarify, mine did update. I figured it out because it displays the new version number. So, my problem is a functionality issue. I have no stock data because there was none on the AP when it came back from warranty service.

But, thanks for looking, lol.

UPDATE: Talked to Aaron at Cobb. He informed me that even if there is no stock tune listed among your maps, that Cobb places a stock tune kind of in the background. If you uninstall the AP, it will re-install their stock map. Then you can re-install the AP, with the map of your choice. I did this and have had no problems since. Thanks, Cobb! Great customer service!
